How to access same UUID(Battery Service) via Windows API?

this device has 2 batteries. so I am adding 2 of battery service UUID(0x2A19). but I cannot access the other of UUID via windows API. but nRF connect for mobile can access both of them...why?

would anyone tell me how to access both of battery service UUID?

If you have multiple batteries with the same service UUID, you will need to use the characteristic presentation format descriptor to differentiate between the service instances, like mentioned here & here.
