NRF8001 VDD vs Ivdd

According to the datasheet:

Does this mean that when i change my vdd from 3V to 2V, then the current peaks will be reduced? If so what does this:

graph means?

This shows me that the as I increase my supply voltage, the supply current reduces(or is this supply current peakings?)?

The graph shows you the reduction in peak currents compared to running without the dcdc.

What I mean is that the graph shows that increasing the supply voltage decreases the peak currents.

But in the statement above, it says that decreasing supply voltage will reduce the peak current.

Is there a catch between the two reduction of two peak currents with definitely opposite condition?

The statement is poorly formulated, But please note it is stating that the peak power drain will be reduced. When running from the LDO the current drawn will be about the same regardless of voltage. So when running on high voltage it will use more power than needed compared to using the dcdc that lowers the voltage closer to internal the operating voltage of the radio.
