Can anyone tell me the IC to make the 2.4 ghz spectrum analyzer?
What kind of spectrum analyzer are you looking at making? The best will probably be to buy an off the shelf spectrum analyzer with the spec you need.
I want to measure variable dBm values of received signal at different ranges for automatic testing purposes. Is there any IC that can me this kind of data?
Not really. You should be looking into a complete instrument. Google "USB spectrum analyzer"
