HOW TO RESOLVE THESE ISSUES

Hi,

I have downloaded MDK Keil  software .so the problem is if i click on + sign in all devices in pack installer  it is not expanding and also i am getting like this

if i click on retry it is showing the same thing  and also these types of error are comming 

can you plz tell me how to resolve these issues

Hi,

Run Keil as administrator and try to repeat the same steps. Also make sure the internet is working.

I am using NRF51422 DK board in my project.Here i have tried to install the software pack but it is showing as error.Can you plz tell me how to install the software pack for this controller and also plz let me know which software pack do i need to install there are many software pack for this and only one software pack is not installed

Hi, 

From your figure, it seems you already installed all the packages except the examples.11.0.0, but that version is very old. Please download the latest version via SDK download and document is here.
