Nrf52840 Disconnect after some connection to paired device

Hi to all,

i am developing a device based on nordic NRF52840 soc. i am using softdevice v14 and sdk 15. my problem is in this manner  that after pairing nrf52840 device with windows it could reconnect to it successfully usually, but after sometime it fail in reconnection and problem stay until i unpair and pair it again with windows. this problem happen too with android devices. in below you can see disconnection process:

as you can see immediatly after connection, slave (in this case Nrf52840) terminate the connection and do it in same way until i unpair it and pair it again with windows. i also attached sniffer log. now can anyone help me to solve the problem??

Hi,

 

Judging by the sniffer trace, the nRF disconnects the link with reason 0x13 (remote user terminated connection). Have you checked your firmware to see if there's any conditions where it will disconnect?

Have you checked the debug output when it disconnects to see if you can get more information about which function(s) fails?
