no connection ?

Just received the nRF9160-DK and followed instructions but it seems there is no connection, only LED3 is blinking

Location is  Belgium close to Brussels

I have the same proplem like you but my Location is Germany close to Stuttgart.

I already activated the IBasis Sim but Nothing happens.
