Cannot download program from Keil to nRF51822 dev board

I'm able to program the Soft Device (s110_nrf51822_7.1.0_softdevice.hex) from nRFGo studio and the compare is fine, but when I go to Keil uVision 5, I can build ble_app_beacon.uvprojx just fine, but when I try to download:

Try changing the port from JTAG to SW and Max Clock to 2MHz
