HOw to connect NRF58240 module to SEGGER.

I try to solder a EBYTE NRF52840 module by my PCB and connect with SEGGER programmer. I try to connect to 4 wire VDD, GND, SWDIO, SWCLK, like the one that I have with NRF52832 DK from Nordic original board that I have. But we I try to connect , it report 0.00V or some time 0.08V from the mulitmeter, when I use JLinkExe, it return to 0.00 voltage. I have also check the coneection with the meter and no short circuilt. May I go what go wrong . Or any one has the experience on how to connect by yourselft.

Post a schematic of your connection - trying to describe it in words is ineffective and often confusing.

The connection is the same as for any ARM Cortex-M4 - there is nothing peculiar to Nordic in this respect.

So either you have not properly connected the VTref, or there is no power on your target.

Note that the JLink does not normally provide power to the Target.

Thanks for your recommendation, and I read user guide again, I follow your advice on JLink. I add extract 3V battery and connect back to the VDD and GND. Now every thing works fine.
