 I'm working with the latest software version of nrf52840. 
 Can you kindly specify the exact addresses of: 
 1. Flash usage of Softdevice 
 2. RAM usage of Softdevice 
 3. Flash addresses available for application 
 4. Ram addresses available for application

1. Flash usage of Softdevice 
 The flash usage of the s140 softdevice is 0x26000. 
 
 2. RAM usage of Softdevice 
 It varies based on configuration. 
 
 3. Flash addresses available for application 
 Are the addresses leftover from the softdevice, specifically for s140 it's 0xDA000. If there is no softdevice then all of the flash is available for the application. 
 
 4. Ram addresses available for application 
 Depends on the RAM usage of the softdevice, the addresses not used by softdevice are available. 
 
 Moreover, are all registers in flash? 
 No, none of them are in the flash.
