increasing GPS accuracy

I'm studying nRF9160 for our new project.

The GPS accuracy of nRF9160 is 5m. I got this spec. from brief specification of nRF9160. 

My questions are below:

   1. Does nRF9160 receive RTK packets to increase GPS accuracy? If then, could you explain it how?

   2. If not, is there any way to increase GPS accuracy?

No, at the moment we do not support RTK packets, and currently not in the plan. 

 2. If not, is there any way to increase GPS accuracy?

  In continuous tracking mode, we can get to 3m accuracy. Accuracy improvement is not in the road map. Decimeter accuracy is not possible with our implementation.
