Stencil design for nRF9160-SICA

Hi, in the documentation for this module there is no stencil design specification or recommended

reflow profile. My earlier experience of LGA-modules says I really need good documentation or

feedback to secure a good soldering of this type of package.

We do not have any stencil design at the moment. We recommend that you make a stencil that fits the footprint in the recommended PCB layout. Altium files are available here, under Schematics and layout for nRF9160. Be sure to follow the layout and recommended schematic to ensure the best result for your nRF9160.
