EID Frame Errors: Invalid frame type byte 30

I am able to see all the other three packets (URL, UID and TLM) in Eddystone Validator app except the EID packet. But I am getting the EID packet in 'nRF beacon for Eddystone' and 'Locate' apps. But the real issue comes with the Eddystone Validator app which gives the Frame errors saying "Invalid frame type byte 30" every time I try for EID packet. Does anyone know how to resolve it?

I am using Segger Embedded studio for ARM software in Windows 10 and nRF52840-DK for the application of Eddystone beacon.

AFAIK the EID frame requires a key exchange in order for a recipient to decode the EID data. Does the Validator app need this key exchange?
