Vodafone sim with Access control list won't allow connection to NRF Connect

Hello,

I'm trying to connect to nrf connect with the nrf9160 DK. I am using an Irish vodafone NB-IOT sim to establish the connection. This sim has an access control list, which means it can only communicate with a predefined list of ip addresses (8 max). This is tricky for connecting to nrf connect because I seem to be connecting to different addresses each time I try to connect to nrf connect and then the sim won't allow the connection. Is it possible to connect to one or a small range of ip addresses on nrf connect so that my vodafone sim will allow the connection?

(I know there's a few too many connects in that paragraph!)

Hi Karl, 

Our team needs more information:

• What is the use case customer is trying? Registration to Nordic cloud? Running customer own application?
• What is the status of leds in link monitor? UICC? LTE? PDN?
• Has user tried to set any configurations through AT commands? APN or any other?
• Can you provide a log file using the AT_client sample project?

Hi Oyvind, We found a solution to this problem by using the fixed IP from our AWS server. Thanks for your help though.
