Please check my nRFgo XML file(nrf8001)

HI folks,

I have checked the current consumption while connected on an average to be 325uA (with uC taking 4.5uA) so this mean almost 320uA being consumed by the nrf8001 whereas the attached config. says that it should consume 7.13uA of current!!

Why's the difference?

anyone?................................ After measuring the current using the uCurrent(which is ultra precise) and reading the output voltage on a precise Fluke, I now get the a consumption of aroung 250 to 270uA's.

This kind of current consumption usually is caused by floating pins. What are you doing with the pins of the interface between your MCU and the nRF8001 when the nRF8001 is powering down?

IM afraid the interaface gpios are floating! nothing done to them no pullup/pulldown at times when there's no communication.

Then you should be able to figure this out by making sure they are all well defined when you send the sleep command.

I have solved the issue using the help of Hung and the problem was connection interval, now my complete system while connected takes an average of under 50uA!! dream accompolished!
