nrf 52840 Dongle not working

I tried to connect my dongle to PC but it is not getting detected , Even the red LED is not blinking., Can someone help me out with this issue

Hi

Yes its a used one , I flashed secure bootloader  application in  it when i used it last time

How did you flash the secure bootloader application on the 52840 dongle? Most likely, you would have received an error similar to this (i.e. the regular bootloader on the dongle is in the way of the secure bootloader code):

Did you flash via a J-Link device & erase the flash? If that is the case, you would need to program the open usb bootloader back on to the dongle, as described here (see the section "Using an external debugger" for more info).
