Has Master Control Panel been discontinued?

I am having problems with th Master Control Panel (no response from master emulator). When I search devzone, I see an answer related to this question that says cloed because no longer relevant (or some such).

Does this mean the MCP is discontinued?

If so, how can I use my dongle as a sniffer?

A few days ago when I looked, the "downloads" page for various products was not loading properly and MCP did not show up.

Seems to be fine now.
