Change the device name android

Hi

I am new to programing low energy devices. I got a Blend Micro from RedBearLabs. I am using the nRF Master Control on android to connect to it. I am able to change the device name. Next time I connect the device name is changed and it works great. I would like to write my own app that will allow the user to change the device name on android and send it to Blend Micro. Can you send me an example code please.

On the side of the nRF51. Which application has an example for the function to change the device name over phone?

You can do this for most applications. Use the Master Control Panel to change it. Also, please have a look at this case here.
