What is the minimum specified voltage required on ENABLE (Pin 101) for proper operation of the nRF9160 SIP? Is it the traditional 0.7 VDD, or is it permissible to use a lower interface voltage such as 1.8V? Perhaps I've missed it, but I've reviewed the objective spec carefully, and have found no further technical information regarding this interface.
