Versions Of SDKs

A bunch of questions:

• Where are the memory setting requirements documented for S110 6.2.1? IRAM1?

• Having just upgraded to the latest Keil and SDK I realise the devices I have here are QFAAG0. Looking at developer.nordicsemi.com/.../release_notes.txt it looks like I need SDK 6.1.0 with S110 7.0.0.

But when I find the S110 7.0.0 download page it tells me that 7.1.0 deprecates 7.0.0.

Which versions do I need?

• Also, having just reinstalled SDK 6, and the latest version of Keil uVision, I'm not getting a complaint that this pack isn't installed: developer.nordicsemi.com/.../ - but that looks like it's part of SDK 7?

For S110 6.2.1, you should use nRF SDK 5.2.0. Any BLE example in SDK 5.2.0 (e.g. ble_app_hrs) shows the memory settings if you open the BLE example project in Keil and select Options for Target -> Target tab, there you can see the RAM and ROM settings.

Use SDK 7.1.0, it can be used for your QFAAG0 board, look at this documentation to realize what you need to do.
