 I want to know, if I installed the license mentioned in the title. Whether can I use keil mdk whitout pay money.

Hi 
 If you are looking for a free option you should use Segger Embedded Studio (SES) or ARM GCC. 
 SES is an IDE similar to Keil and IAR, with a very capable debugger included, so I would strongly suggest you give it a look
