I tried to find info on how to print float values in Segger windows application, no luck. Of course my question is how do i printf() float values on debug terminal in segger.

Try adding -u _printf_float in the linking flags.
I found the answer on the forum after posting here. Anyways you need to go to
Project options -->Select Common Configuration -->Code -->Prinf/Scanf now change it here to Float supported.

That depends on your development environment. If e.g. using arm gcc and makefiles, you will have to change this in your projects makefile. I don't know exactly how projects in the latests SDK is structured, but this is what i had to to in a/some previous version(s) when i had the same issue as you.
