nRF9160 DK GPS bsd.h lib

Dear, 

I just download new lib of ncs ( git checkout v0.4.0) , and SES4.16

and tried the GPS example, but i got problem:

 ../src/main.c:8:10: fatal error: bsd.h: No such file or directory

Plz help me

Might be that you need to select the proper Board Name.

select board ending with 'ns' for non-secure.
