How to use flash access(Erase/Programming)

About on-chip access method to Flash memory of nRF52832  please tell me.
It is necessary to store calibration data in non-volatile memory (Flash).

If there is a specific Erase / Programming / Verify sample source etc.
Please kindly advise.
