Softdevice Programming failed s130nrf51_2.0.1

Hello,

I am working with nrf51822. I have developed a custom evaluation board. Accidently I connected voltage in reverse polarity to the device now i am unable to program softdevice in it. it shows me error "The flash is not erased". And also I do not see any information about softdevice in nrfgo studio. But I am able to program device using KEIL u5 since softdevice does not works I am unable to receive data. What is the possibility that I have damaged the chip. If chip is damaged how I am able to program it using KEIL. Also I can erase flash using erase all button in nrfgo studio. Please guide me asap.

Hello,

The chip may have been damaged since you have supplied it with reverse voltage. However, I would maybe have expected a different failure mode. Did you try programming the Softdevice through Nrfgo studio after erasing the chip?
