firmware update by a customer

Hi Everyone, 

We are building a product based on nrf52832 component. 

We need to provide a firmware update functionality to the client/user so the end user will be able to update the firmware by himself once a new firmware will be available.

What are the possible options that the chip allows to do? any wireless/wired are accepted.

Is there any open source SDK that allows selecting necessary firmware file and update the device?

There are a bunch of bootloader examples, both wired (UART/USB) and wireless (Bluetooth). They pretty much work out-of-the-box.
