Supported Softdevices and Compatible SDK for NRF51802

is the latest SDK 15.3 support  NRF51802 device? or which latest SDK and softdevice will work with NRF51802 device?

Hi Harshit

No, SDK 15.3 is not compatible with nRF51802. SDK version 12.3 and SoftDevice S130 version 2.0.x is the latest compatible combination for the nRF51802. Here you can see a compatibility matrix for the nRF51 series. nRF51802 is an nRF51 IC rev. 3 product.

No, we do not have any examples for the nRF51 series in SEGGER Embedded Studios. You'll have to use Keil uVision, GCC or IAR for the nRF51 series.
