Does Nordic has any implementation on IPv6 over BLE?

And what are the plans of nordic to implement Bluetooth 4.2?

Nordic implemented IPv6 over BLE already: The nRF51 IoT SDK contains exactly that (and more):

There you'll find examples which use CoAP over 6loWPAN over BLE (aka Bluetooth Smart)
