how to program softdevice(S110,S120,S130) and their size

Hello Everyone,

I want to know how can we program S110 to nRF51822 . We need to download its binary from nordic site after that what is the procedure. can i get any document for it and also can someone please provide me what is the size of these binary files.

one more query is can someone tell me if this binary is going to be downloaded in the flash memory of nRF51822 which is 256/128 KB...

Yes, everything that you download to the chip will be located in the flash memory.

The first thing to look at is the user guide for the nRF51822 development kit that you have. It will help you get started with the basics. To find the correct user guide, go to the nRF51822 page, select the "Development Tools and Software" tab, and select the kit you have. Then select "Downloads" tab and find the User Guide in the list.
