After update nRF driver trouble with USB devices

I used Win 7.

I updated the nRF connect application to use with the nRF dongle.

The Microsoft wireless mouse and keyboard is shown like nRF Connect DFU Trigger. Also internal Lenovo camera stops to work.

Microsoft device is Ok.

Uninstalling the nRF application didn't solve the trouble.

We have not seen what you describe before. We can't understand how installing the driver for the nRF52 Dongle should cause devices from other vendors to stop working. The screenshot doesn't give any answer to what may be failing here. I think we will need more information, for instance maybe you can try using the following third party tool (https://www.uwe-sieber.de/usbtreeview_e.html), and retrieve information about the devices that fail?
