Hi,
I'm trying to connect my nRF52840 SoC to nRFgo Studio on my Windows 7 Laptop using the usb connection on the nRF52840, unable to see any data about the connected board on nRFgo Studio. Below is the behaviour when I connected the board,
1. Connected the board to micro usb port which said: nRF USB
2. I see a green led slowly blinking on led-1 slot.
3. Window Laptop not recognizing the connected usb.
4. I did not make any changes to switches or anything in the nRF52840 board since I received it, directly connected it to a laptop with nRFgo studio.
Below are the troubleshooting step that I tried,
1. Tried connecting to all the different usb ports on the windows laptop
2. Tried connecting to multiple other Windows Laptop with nRFgo Studio
3.Tried disabling firewall before connecting
4. Tried clearing temporary cache files and prefetch file
5. Tried restarting the Windows system.
I am not sure what am I missing here, should I do some presetting before I connect the board like changing the power source or removing the paper that blocks the battery power source of the board?
Is there a possibility of a failure in the usb port of the board even when the led-1 is glowing green in colour?
