nrf_esb_add_packet_to_tx_fifo side effects

Using the esb tx fifo, it appears to change the ESB_MODE from PTX to PRX, and changes the esb channel to some other value. Is there any way to setup the radio so that it doesn't alter these settings ? Otherwise I have to disable the radio, reset the mode and channel, re-enable the radio, and the delay is greater than 1ms before I can next transmit again.

Hi,

What SDK are you using ? The function nrf_esb_add_packet_to_tx_fifo() seem to only be used in SDK 9 and SDK 10. In SDK 11 we added a new and improved implementation of the Enhanced ShockBurst (ESB) protocol. I recommend taking a look at that.
