nRF52832 Higher current consumption at higher temperatures

Hello,

We are using nRF52832xx_aa controller for our product, the sleep current consumption is approx 2 uA @25 degree Celsius which is fine with me. But when the temperature reaches to 35 degrees the current consumption increases to 5-6 uA. And increasing the temperature further leads to further increase in current. As i am using a battery operated device with higher temperature (environment) the current is affecting the battery life of the device, and i am not able to calculate the actual battery life of the system.

what could be the possible reason for the same?

Thanks and Regards
