Product with strongest TX power?

I have a client that's investigating BLE solutions to use in a future product. The rough specs they gave me include a TX power of +10dBm. The nRF52840 looks like a good option for their other needs, but the datasheet says it does maximum +8dBm.

Are there ways to improve this further? Are there plans for future hardware variants that utilize an even more powerful radio?

You can fit an external power amplifier (PA).

Some modules have this.

It is identified by "+PA" under 'Antenna' - again, don't know if that classification is rigorous or exhaustive ...
