Hi,
I'm using SDK 15.2 & HID Keyboard example. When there are like 50-60 Bluetooth devices around my nrf52832, I notice bluetooth dropouts. What can be a possible solution to this? How do I ensure that there is a continuous data transfer?
Thanks.

Can you dump out the parameters for the connection parameters update that are occuring? And/or provide a sniffer log?
How many Bluetooth devices are connected to the PC, and which Bluetooth devices are connected to it?
Is this test using an nRF52 DK for test? What is the approx distance between PC and keyboard?
Best regards,
Kenneth
Hi Kenneth,
Our BLE product uses Fanstel BM 832. It was tested in our office & worked perfectly fine. But when we took it to a tech expo where my team member could see a long list of bluetooth devices & he had to scroll & connect to our device. Our product was placed very close to the PC. It was just our product that was connected to the PC. Its difficult to recreate that scenario in office coz we dont have that many ble devices around, so capturing a sniffer trace seems difficult.
What kind of max range do you experience with your product (using Fanstel BM 832) vs. our nRF52-DK? Do you see any noticeable difference? Have you followed the guidelines by the module manufacturer in terms of placement of the module etc, have in mind that the efficiency of the antenna may be very reduced if it's not placed according the specification and/or placed in such a way that it may not freely radiate (e.g. you may for instance try with or without plastic casing to compare range, and/or on body vs. on the desk for comparison). If the module is placed in a different way than intended by the module manufacturer it may not provide the same performance, so you may need to contact them also. I assume you are running this with max output power etc.
Best regards,
Kenneth
