You need to create a "my pages" login off the main Nordic web page. Once you can login to "my pages", you can then register for which ever product you purchased. Once you are on the product page there is a downloads tab that should contain a link to down load the Master Control Panel.
Yes, I did that a while back, and downloaded oodles of stuff, but Master Control Panel doesn't seem to be there. Maybe it's part of some other package, or maybe I just can't see it!
I just logged in to see if I could still see the download. I went to my page for the nRF51822 and it was the first item under the table of "software" downloads. Same with the development and evaluation kits. I do not have any idea why you can't see them.
