Using S=2 with Zephyr

Hi!

Well, this might be off topic but as nordic is involved in zephyr I will try:

As nrfsdk only supports S=8 for sending messages I would like to try the zephyr project as alternativ. I can compile and run the samples (e. g. central_hr and peripheral_hr) but I am assuming that they are also using S=8. Does anybody know how to change to S=2?

Zephyr does not support extending advertising on nRF, hence long range connections is not possible. But there is internal support for connections to switch to S2 and S8. See this thread for more information.
