Dump UICR info

hi,

I am trying to readout the UICR info. But there is no such readout in the hex file using the programmer apps in nRF Connect.

There are 2 possibility, either blank or not readable?

 

Just try to understand if the hardware default value upon POR? How do I dump out the UICR info?

Hi,

UICR are non-volatile memory (NVM) registers, and will retain their value upon POR.

That said, you can dump the UICR with nrfjprog readuicr (nrfjprog --readuicr uicr.hex) or read specific memory locations with nrfjprog --memrd (UICR base + offset)
