S120 S130 connection procedure

Dear Sir, I'm studying S120 and S130 soft device. However, the document inside SDK dose not explain the detail of connection procedure. I'm interest in the device how to recognize advertising data and connect peripheral device. Dose there have any study material about this? Thanks!

    I guess your best starting point would be to start reading in the provided examples. There's an example that comes with the S130 SoftDevice if you download the archive from the website. The documentation is not structured to good to help a beginner with his first steps. Try to get the examples running and then try to figure out what each function does. You need to be clear about the event handling with the API and the abbreviations at first, so you gotta dig deep in the API doc.
