LE Secure Connections (LESC) in multi role

I have a question about LE Secure Connections (LESC).

As an example, consider the following behavior.
   1. "Device A" scans as "Central".
   2. "Device B" advertises as "Peripheral".
   3. Pairing with "LESC" between both devices.
   4. Disconnect between both devices.
   5. "Device A" advertises as "Peripheral".
   6. "Device B" scans as "Central".
   7. Need to pairing by "LESC" between both devices?

If "Central" and "Pheripheral" change, do I need to pairing again?

Hi

Yes. When you pair two BLE devices the pairing is only valid for the devices that did the pairing in the first place, and the peripheral/central relationship can not be exchanged. 

If you want to change from peripheral to central or vice versa you will have to pair again.
