Master Control Panel and PCA10001 at the same time?

Is it possible to run Master Control Panel and the PCA10001(or the J-Link lite) at the same time on the same PC, or will that cause problems? I guess I could simply try it, but I'm worried that I might mess something up, especially as I have Segger drivers that I use for some ATMEL SAM4 products.

It should be safe to use MCP and PCA10001 at the same time on the same PC. In fact, using them together is a part of the procedure described in the nRF51822 Evaluation kit User Guide, Quick Start chapter.
