how can i measure the HFINT frequency in my software?
Can i make pulse from LFXO?

The frequency of the HFINT is 64 MHz with min <±1.5% and max <±6%.
I don't think that you can measure the frequency in software with high enough accuracy, you can try to measure directly on the crystal if you have a probe with low enough capacitance, but i'm not sure if that will work.

I will try to use timer in capture mode from HFINT (HFINT->PCLK16M). And make pulse from RTC module (LFXO).
