I would like to check the more detals as following from you.
We shipped this part NRF52810-QCAA-R 60pcs to the customer, but they said they found a strange thing about the memory part of the product.
Please see the details on the attached file.
54pcs of 60pcs showed this problem. Only 6pcs were ok.
- Why is this happening? (54pcs of 60pcs showed this problem. Only 6pcs were ok. )
- NRF52810-QCAA-R is not a one-time use product, it can be erased many times. but why the customer can not be erased & reprogammed again?
( Why the customer said the damaged area can not touch by user, the area which can not be erased & reprogammed by user? )
- How to advise customers to use this goods normally?
