Single central multiple peripheral, central choose mac id which peripheral connection and data transfer

hello everyone,

In my application single central(ble_app_uart_c) scanning check each peripheral(ble_app_uart) Mac id which peripheral mac id defined by central established that peripheral and communicate data change. what are there parameters i can change to check all advertising mac id is costumed peripheral to connection please share some example and steps.

I using nrf52832 device and SDK 15.2
