Regarding the schematics of the nRF52

Actually I am interested in making the custom design Board for the nRF52 series  , so where can i find the schematics , layout files of the  nRF52 Development Kit .

They should be available from the Product Page for the nRF52 Development Kit.

Note that designing RF PCBs requires specialist skills, experience, tools, and test equipment:

It is, therefore, unlikely to be viable for a beginner and unless you intend manufacturing in huge volumes.
