nrf9160 CONFIG_NRF_COAP_LOG_LEVEL change

How do I change the CONFIG_NRF_COAP_LOG_LEVEL?  I'd like to see the traces in coap.c

Hello, 

This is configured either via Project --> Configure nRF Connect SDK Project in Segger Embedded Studio

Or via menuconfig

Menu path: (top menu) --> Zephyr Kernel --> Nordic nRF Connect --> Networking --> Application protocols --> Nordic CoAP library support --> Log level for CoAP
