SERIAL TERMINAL NOT WORKING ON CUSTOM BOARD

Hi,

We want to send our board for Radio testing and the facility needs a test setup. Radio test example could work perfectly for us but unfortunately, I am unable to use the serial terminals(putty, termite etc) with my custom board. These terminals are working fine when using the DK. How can I use the terminal with our custom board? If I can't, can I use some default app like nrfConnect or something to send the commands for radio test example ?? 

I am using nrf52840 and SDK 15.0.0

So what testing / investigation / debugging have you done to find why it's not working ?

If you've designed & built a custom board, you must surely have access to test equipment such as an oscilloscope ... ?

I went through the similar Nordic posts and modified the SDK Config file. But it did not work. Yes I have an Oscilloscope. Which pins signal do you want me to capture?

Go on - which pins do you think would be appropriate to look at when debugging an issue with serial comms...?
