3~5% portion of nRF52832 chips does not start without debugger

Hello,

We are experiencing an issue that some of the nRF52832 is not starting up automatically. But we attached it with JLINK
debugger and didn't do anything, it can boot smoothly. There are 3~5% portion with this case of 400~500pcs production.

We have checked with this post, but we haven't enable "--specs=rdimon.specs" option with the linker.

Do you have any suggestions as to what could be the reason?
