Reset configuration before entering dfu mode

Dear Community,

I'm including a wireless bootloader to enable firmware updates in my application. My question is the following:

Before entering in DFU mode from my app by writing to the GPREGRET register and then resetting, should I reset/restore all the registers/interrupts/modules that I configured and used running the app?

From the documentation and examples, it's not 100% clear what I should do.

Hi Javier, 

After resetting the chip, except for GPREGRET register, all other registers will be reset. So you don't need to worry about reset/restore your register, interrupt setting etc. 
There is a table on what will be reset when the chip do a soft reset at section 18.8 in nRF52832 PSv1.3
