nRF9160 AT+CLAC crashes modem or application

Using the samples/nrf9160/at_client sample application, the AT command AT+CLAC crashes the modem or AT host firmware: it no longer responds to any AT commands.

Details:

SPM: prepare to jump to Non-Secure image.

I just tried with the NCS v0.4.0 tag & it worked fine there. Have you tried with the v1.0.0-rc2 tag instead of the master branch?
