Zigbee product certification

1. It is understood that zigbee3.0 certification requires Green Power, but I did not see the definition and use of Green Power in the example.  How does the nordic zigbee pass the certification of zigbee3.0? To add Green Power standard code in the example?

2. For the ZHA standard, I found that only a part of the examples are listed. Can I add some ZHA standards? If so, how do I add it?

  • Hi.

Zigbee 3.0 requires implementation of Zigbee Green Power Proxy Device, not the whole Green Power specification. At the moment there is no "user facing" functionalities related to Green Power in the SDK or the stack. All things related to Green Power are handled internally by the stack. This means that the device acts as a proxy for other green power devices, in other words, it knows how to forward green power frames.

For you Zigbee Home Automation (ZHA / HA) can you please take a look here and here?

    Best regards,

    Andreas
